During the Vintage Fair in Moda Shopping in Madrid that took place a few days ago, there was also an exhibition curated by Lorenzo Caprile about the evolution of the Little Black Dress through history. There were original dresses from each decade, and you could see the differences in styles in a very illustrative way. It is fascinating how fashion can show us so much about the society of a certain period. The austerity during wars, the paillettes during the good years… I hope they put up the exhibition again, it was really interesting.

Todos estamos acostumbrados a lo de que “fueron descubiertas” y nadie habla de los cientos de concursos en los que participaron, los primeros trabajos…
Ganiales! Siendo yo pequeña, recuerdo que una vecina se hizo uno en una modista igual que el corto de Lady Di, ya que le encantaba ese vestido.
Me gustan todos especialmente los de los años 20 y el Givenchy, ese escote de la espalda es perfecto.
